In the heart of Copper Center, AK. The Copper River has some of the best Salmon fishing in the world. Depending on water flows and species of fish, there is a variety of rivers to choose from. We target King (Chinook) Salmon, Red (Sockeye) Salmon, Grayling, Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout throughout the valley. Class II through class IV, The Klutina, Gulkana and Tonsina rivers are some of the most wild and scenic rivers that Alaska has to offer.
Whether you want to have a mellow float or to get into some whitewater, catch a 50 lb. King or your limit of Sockeye; Copper River Guides has it all. The Copper River Basin borders the Wrangell St. Elias National Park, the largest national park in North America, a volcanic mountain range rises 12,000 Ft. to almost 17,000 Ft.
